If this is an option that makes the most sense to you, our highly experienced team will assist you with each of the items outlined above, making sure that you are well-versed in all of the details that will not only be important prior to leasing your property, but will be important once you have a tenant in your property. Once the tenant has signed the lease agreement our responsibilities end and you will manage your investment on your own.
