Our Professional Property Managers manage individual rental properties including condominiums and single family homes. Their job in part includes meeting with property owners to identify their needs in order to effectively market their home and place tenants. They also interview prospective tenants to determine eligibility, screen credit applications, prepare leases and conduct move-ins and move-outs, collect rent from tenants, verify amount paid, follow up with any delinquent rent, and initiate eviction procedures as necessary. Our Property Managers work closely with our accounting department to help with owner statements, delinquent rent and completion of tenant deposit settlements. They complete drive by inspections as well as periodic interior and exterior inspections. Maintaining good tenant/owner relations by utilizing professional communication at all times. They handle tenant questions, complaints and concerns and take the necessary steps to resolve the situation, and also work cohesively with vendors in the procurement of maintenance services.
